What do you love most about your job?

What I love most about my job is witnessing the transformative power of therapy—helping clients overcome their challenges and grow into their best selves. The privilege of being part of their journey and seeing their progress is incredibly rewarding and motivates me every day.

What inspired you to start your own private practice?

What inspired me to start my own private practice was the desire for greater flexibility in how I deliver therapy and the opportunity to create a personalised space for clients. Balancing my part-time work in the NHS, where I value the structured and collaborative environment, I wanted to explore a different approach in private practice that allows for tailored, client-centered care. This venture enables me to integrate my diverse experiences and offer innovative, individualised support to those seeking a more flexible therapeutic option.

Why should our clients choose you?

Clients should choose me because I offer a unique blend of expertise and personalised care. My extensive experience in both private practice and NHS settings equips me with a deep understanding of diverse mental health needs. I am committed to creating a safe, empathetic environment where clients feel heard and supported. By tailoring evidence-based therapies such as EMDR, CBT, TCTSY, CFT, and DBT to each individual’s needs, I help clients achieve meaningful and lasting change. My dedication to adhering to NHS NICE guidelines and integrating these approaches ensures that I provide the highest standard of care.

Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.

Yes, I offer both online CBT and EMDR therapy using platforms like Zoom, Webex, MS Teams, and Google Meet. For EMDR, I utilize a specialised website designed specifically for delivering EMDR therapy online, which allows me to provide flexible and effective remote sessions with Bilateral Stimulation (BSL). This ensures clients receive high-quality care in a convenient and accessible manner.
